A. On September 10, 2013 I completed 25 curl-ups on the curl-up test, and on October 2, 2013 I completed 30 curl-ups on the curl-up test. On September 10, 2013 I completed 10 push-ups on my push-up test, and on October 2, 2013 I completed 10 push-ups on my push-up test. On September 10, 2013 my heart rate on my 3-minute step-up test was 190, and on October 2, 2013 my heart rate on my 3-minute step-up test was 180.
B. I improved tremendiously on my curl-up test and my 3-minute step-up test from September 10, 2013 to October 2, 2013. However, I did not improve on my push-test from September 10, 2013 to October 2, 2013.
C & D. I did try my best on increasing my test results on my curl-up and push-up tests. I also tried my best to decrease my heart rate on my 3-minute step-up test. I will increase my goals on all of my test, and I will push my self a little bit more so I can improve from my previous results.
