S.MA.R.T. GOALS
In 3 weeks (T) , I will increase my count on the curl-up test from 20 to 25 (A) , by doing 1 set of 10 crunches (S) for 2-4 days a week (M). I will also run for 60 minutes weekly (R).
In 3 weeks (T) , I will increase my count on the push-up test from 15 to 25 (A) , by bench pressing a 45-pound bar (S) for 3-5 days a week (M). I will do 3 sets of 12 arm curls with 5-pound hand weights (R).
In 3 weeks (T) , I will decrease my heart rate on my step-up test from 150 to 140 (A), by increasing my step-ups from 25 to 50 (S) for 3-5 days a week (M). I will also run for 80 minutes weekly (R).

- If I reach at least one of my goals I will allow myself to have a little more sweets during the week.
- If I reach at least two of my goals I will go to more Central High games.
- If I reach all of my goals I will be in great shape and will buy some new clothes to fit my new body.
